Living the RV lifestyle, traveling around the United States in a camper van is a far cry from my more traditional roots, but at this point in my life, it just made sense to me.

It was in 2018 that I committed to building my own camper van.   I knew that when I started the van conversion process there'd would be tons of questions and long nights researching answers. Admittedly, there were times during the build when I threw my hands in the air, stating, "What was I thinking?"  

As it is with all things that come from stretching oneself outside the boundaries of what is comfortable, I grew and learned so much from the process: reborn, revitalized and renewed.  Now, here I am, a solo female traveler,  exploring and meeting new friends. I'm living my dream and loving life!  

I created this site to assist anyone who's interested in building a camper van, traveling the US and to inspire current and future solo female travelers.    Welcome to My RV Life!
